What to expect

  1. Your coaching will begin with an in-depth assessment, identifying your strengths and the areas where there are opportunities for self-improvement, particularly as they relate to your mental & physical health, as well as your self-talk, problem-solving skills, your communication style, and your healthy versus unhealthy behaviors.  We will explore what is working and what is not working for you.

  2. With the information we uncovered, we will then create or modify your current life mission statement and your life goals.

  3. Then we will co-create a step-by-step plan to help you reach your identified life goals. As a cross-cultural clinical psychologist, a prescribing psychologist, a licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor, a masters addiction specialist, and a life coach, I offer integrative solutions to help you get from where you are, to where you want to be.

  4. Your weekly 60-minute tele-coaching sessions will take place on a HIPPA secured platform.  Go to the “Why Go With a Pro” tab for more information on – how your confidential records are kept.

  5. You have the option to have your sessions on a phone call, instead of a telehealth platform.  You know your schedule.  You may text me, in between sessions with questions and concerns.

  6. Having me as your own personal coach has benefits, that many doctors don’t provide.  You will have my cell phone number (However, it is not intended to be a 24/7 crisis line, to handle mental health emergencies, or an alternative for seeking acute mental health services when needed).

  7. How to handle emergent care will be cover in your first session.
